Cook sauerkraut fish soup, surprisingly easy‼️

Super love Tai Er’s Sauerkraut fish but it’s so expensive to have it every time I crave for it 🥹 begged my mom to teach me how to cook and I must say I was quite shock!!! There was nothing too difficult, the hardest would be chopping up the fish into smaller pieces but that can be easily solved by asking the fish monger to do it when you buy the fish, super important do not forget!! 🤭

Watch the video and follow step by step to whip up a super tasty pot of sauerkraut fish soup. We ended up adding some white vinegar as we’d prefer it to be more sour. Ours was the non spicy version but if you prefer the kind at tai er, feel free to add in peppercorn to spice things up! Took us around 70mins from prepping to cooking and it tastes really good, my whole family devoured the entire pot 🤤
