Step by step easy recipe for Assam seafood stew 🥘

Have been raining recently and decided to cook a seafood stew with some Assam paste that’s left in a corner of the cupboard and wow, super shiok! If you’re into strong flavours with savoury & sour notes then this is the recipe for you! 😋

Get any Assam paste you can find from the super market, fry up some aromatics such as onion or garlic before adding the paste in. Fry till it’s fragrant and slowly add in your ingredients. Honestly you can add in any leftovers in your fridge for me I had some tomato, mushroom, prawn, salmon, squid and tau pok leftovers. Feel free to switch it up to more Vegs or all meat if you prefer. Squeeze some lime and top it off with some parsley for garnishing before serving and there you go!
