DIY oyster omelette | Make orh lua under 20mins

If you’re a big fan of coffee shop orh lua/ oyster omelette then you are in for a treat!

I super love orh lua but the ones I get at the coffee shop is either too oily or the oysters are so small and they are quite expensive to begin with… so I thought why not try making it myself :’) and no regrets, my fam loved it when I cook this for them!

The ingredients are simple oysters, eggs, aromatics such as garlic and loads of spring onion. Seasoning is subject to how savoury you like it to be, a teaspoon of soya sauce works for me! If you like them crispier add more oil and cook the eggs longer.

I got the fattiest juicy oysters from shopee and it’s so worth it, I can cook more than twice 🤭 do try it at home, you won’t regret it!
