i’m absolutely obsessed with tofu right now and am trying out new flavors with it. this crispy parmesan tofu did not disappoint 🤩🤩 this recipe is perfect for my plant based peeps && also good if you’re on a budget since tofu is pretty dang cheap compared to meats! The entire block of tofu makes 5 servings and only costs $2.99 (INSANE!!- awesome for students like me trying to save some extra money when they can). #lemon8partner #healthyrecipeideas #plantbased #tofu
ingredients:
•extra firm tofu (i used the high protein tofu from Trader Joe’s)
•seasonings: olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, green goddess, 1 T dijon mustard, A TON OF PARMESAN (i used shaker parm but any will do!)
directions:
•dice the tofu into bite size pieces
•season generously with the ingredients listed above (go HEAVY! tofu is pretty bland and takes a good amount of seasoning to soak up the flavors!)
•bake at 400 f for 30 minutes. be sure to flip your tofu around halfway so both sides get crispy
•enjoy!!! i served it with roasted cauliflower & broccoli and smashed potatoes that my boyfriend kindly made!
