BEEF WITH BROCCOLI

Ingredients:

•white rice

•stir fry beef

•1 large head broccoli

•olive oil

•coconut aminos

•honey

•minced garlic

Directions:

•start by cooking your rice according to the package

•steam broccoli and put aside

•next up heat up 1-2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan over medium heat. add in your steak and cook until almost done

•add in 1/3 c coconut aminos, 1 large T minced garlic, a drizzle of honey. add in broccoli stir until everything is combined

•once fragrant and fully cooked to proper temperatures, serve over the white rice and enjoy🕺🏻🕺🏻
