homemade trash jam

i made homemade “trash jam” this weekend!!! it’s a great way to use up old fruit that probably won’t be eaten. mine is blueberry and cherry!!!

all you do is combine old fruit, sugar, lemon juice and let it rest for a few hours (until goopy), then simmer/boil for 30ish mins! it turned out so good and i feel way better knowing there’s not a ton of preservatives and other random stuff in it!
