spend the day with me (wellness edition)

Come spend the day with me as I try and do things that make me feel happy and full.

First things first, I like to get outside because I find that getting direct sunlight as soon as I wake up, I feel a lot happier. Also, it's good for getting those steps in (which!! is huge for making my day great).

Next, I decided to go to a museum because it's a great excuse for more steps and also enriching my brain. The museum I went to was the anthropology museum in Mexico City. Here, it's known as the Museo Nacional de Antropología.

I also ended up walking around the park of Chapultepec here in Mexico City and soaking in the sun a bit more. Stopped for some coffee too. After, my boyfriend and I did some paddle boats in the lake and we ended our day with a sweet treat. Today's sweet treat was some coconut ice cream. It was a fulfilling day.
