Ingredients:
Bread (I used gluten free canyon bake house)
Pizza sauce
Shredded mozzarella
Mini pepperoni
Recipe:
1. preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. toast your bread in the toaster to get it crispy.
3. spread pizza sauce on toast and top with shredded cheese and mini pepperoni. I also like to season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
