Vulnerability

🤍 My Story: I became a stay at home wife once I left the military and found I was 5 weeks pregnant. I wasn’t expecting to stop working, but my husband supported my decision of focusing on my education 👩🏻‍🎓

🤍 How I Felt: I didn’t want to be a “dependa” or want to be taken care of. I was raised to be an independent girly. It was hard to accept I was going to be a stay at home wife.

🤍 My Takeaways: I have grown so much being a stay at home mom. I have learned to cook more sustainable healthy meals and create healthy habits. Building a home I have always dreamed of, and letting go of things i can’t control.
