Breaking Fast w/o Breaking The Bank 🍳 | $20 Buffet

As a self-proclaimed foodie, I've been to my fair share of breakfast buffets. I recently visited Prego’s breakfast buffet at Swissotel Singapore and it truly exceeded my expectations! 🫢 Everything was delicious and I was able to score some savings with my Accor membership discount.🤩

🥞 Food:

First, the bakery selection was vast, featuring various types of bread, croissants, and pastries that were all soft and fresh. 🥐🥯 The cold cuts were equally impressive, and the prosciutto and smoked salmon were fantastic. 🧀

But what really stood out to me were the crispy-on-the-outside-fluffy-on-the-inside croffles!! 🤤 They even had a pancake machine to make those freshly made mini pancakes! (How cute is that 😍) I was thrilled to find that all the pastries were fresh and delicious as I usually find this hit or miss in buffets.

Another highlight was the egg station, where the chef whipped up a variety of egg dishes to my liking. (As an egg lover, ofc i had to try em all!🍳) The Western section had a variety of sausages, bacon, and baked beans, with highlights including eggs benedict made to order. 🥓 And the Asian section had steaming hot dim sum and congee, among other items. 😋

As an Accor member, my mom and I were able to score a 50% discount on the buffet price of $39/pax, bringing our total bill to about $20/pax before GST. 💰That's a pretty sweet deal, considering the huge selection and delicious food!
