Rice Paper Chili Oil Noodles Hack🌶️

Rice Paper Hacks: Chewy Noodles

It’s been so hot in SF recently☀️☀️, so this cold noodle dish is perfect especially cause it only takes 5 mins!!!

✎ Sauce ingredients:

*1 tbsp light soy sauce

*1 tbsp chili oil

*1 tbsp black vinegar

*1 tsp brown sugar

*cilantro

*green onions

Directions:

1. Place 3 pieces of rice paper in cold water and cut into noodles

2. Combine sauce mixture and pour over noodles

3. Mix and enjoy!

This ratio was perfect for 3 of the small rice papers 😋😋
