How to cook chili oil noodles from rice paper
It’s actually so easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
- 2 rice paper (for one sheet)
- Water
- Oil
For sauce
- Garlic
- Chili powder
- Sesame seeds
- Oyster sauce
- Sugar
- Vinegar
- Hot oil

Instructions:
1. Wet 2 rice papers together make one sheet
(I made 2 sheets)
2. Apply oil on the sheet (a lot)
3. Fold as many fold you want
(But remember that you have to apply ton of oil and separate each folds later)
4. Apply oil on each fold
5. Cut and separate the folds
6. Prepare sauce ingredients (except hot oil and vinegar)
in a bowl
7. Heat up oil make it super hot
8. Pour hot oil into the sauce bowl
(Be careful this step)
9. Add vinegar
10. Serve & Enjoy
