Baekjeong is a popular Korean BBQ chain in LA and it has now opened their first location in the Bay Area specifically in San Jose! The line is crazy long and the wait can be over 2 hours!! I highly suggest making a reservation on Resy or going on an off time so you don’t need to wait long!

The interior is gorgeous with large clear windows and they even have a bar! I love this spot because the server's cook all your meat for you tableside!🥩

As for the food, they have appetizers, soups, and a variety of meat and meat combinations! All their meats are high quality, so I would suggest ordering your favorite meats🥩

I ordered their:

*beef brisket (5/5) - lean, crispy, and tasty

*beef belly (3.8/5) - sweet marinade, a little bit on the fatty side

*pork jowl (4/5) - crispy, tender, and so good!

*bone in short ribs (4/5) - super tender

*intestines (3/5) - sweet marinade, fatty, oily, chewy

*lunch box (4/5) - can’t go wrong with rice!

*soybean soup (5/5) - literally so comforting and perfectly seasoned!

Definitely worth coming at least once!!
