Ingredients:
• 350g flour
• 45g sugar
• 5g dry yeast
• Pinch of salt
• 1 egg
• 4g vanilla extract
• 240ml lukewarm milk
• 80g chocolate chips
• 40g melted butter
• Nutella
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 tbsp milk
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
2. Add egg, vanilla extract, melted butter, and lukewarm milk. Stir until it forms a dough.
3. Knead the dough gently for about 5 minutes.
4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 2 hours.
5. Chill Nutella in the fridge.
6. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
7. Divide dough, add nutella shape into buns.
8. Mix egg yolk and milk, brush over buns.
9. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
