Detailed Steps:
1. Prep by chopping all of your ingredients into bite sized pieces including, onion, potatoes, carrots and any other things you want to add.
2. Melt butter in a pan & brown beef and onions.
3. Crank up heat. Add carrots into pot, combine & sauté. Add beef broth, and if it’s not enough liquid, add some water as well as half of the curry bricks. Cover & cook for a few minutes (5-10).
4. Just before carrots are fully soft and cooked, add potatoes and the rest of the curry and let all of it cook.
5. Serve with white rice & enjoy! 😋✨
Additional tips/notes:
**curry can be found at a local Asian mart and you can choose different spice levels for it. 🌶️
** you can switch the protein for chicken or pork or neither, your preference! ☺️
** you can also use a vegetable or chicken stock or even just water but I prefer bone broth to add more depth & creates a more wholesome meal. 🍽️
**I also chop up the curry cubes to have it dissolve quicker & separate and season the ground beef for convenience. 🔪
**place potatoes in water to avoid browning. 🥔
**add a soft boiled egg if you’re into that sort of thing. 🍳😉
