I’m literally obsessed with making this, it’s super quick and sooo delicious.

DIY Recipe

🥖

- 3 cups of flour

- 2 teaspoons of instant yeast

- 2 teaspoons of salt/other spices

— mix WELL

- add 1.5 cups of WARM water

mix until sticky dough forms

cover and let rise in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours (more or less depending on temperature of outside/room)

after rising, scoop out onto pre-floured parchment paper and slightly form dough into a ball.

- preheat oven to 450°F and keep dutch oven in while oven is preheating!

after preheating, pop dough into dutch oven and bake covered for 30 minutes,

bake UNcovered for 15 minutes to get crisp on top!
