Part 2 of 4 Ingredient Bread from scratch

We recently went to France and realized we no longer had bloating and tiredness after eating breads and pastas. We started questioning why and realized US bread has over 20 Ingredients! While the French used only 4.

So I decided to learn the hard of bread making. I am at the very beginning stages and hope to expand to sourdough and 🥐 soon !

Yes, quality of ingredients is important but don’t let let hold you back from learning this still to maintain control of the ingredients you take in.

Bread flour (3 cups) Bread 🥖

Salt 🧂

Active dry yeast

Water 💦
