2 products + 10 steps = 🚫 period stains

Save your clothes and sheets by following the ten steps below:

Step 1: Rinse with Cold Water

Hold the stain under cold running water to rinse out some of the blood.

Step 2: Apply Hydrogen Peroxide

Pour hydrogen peroxide directly onto the stain.

Step 3: Let it Sit

Allow the hydrogen peroxide to sit on the stain for 5-10 minutes.

Step 4: Blot the Stain

Use a rag towel or cotton pad to blot the stain, absorbing the blood.

Step 5: Check the Stain

If the stain is still visible(as if it hasn’t budged), repeat steps 2-4.

Step 6: Spray with Shout

Spray the stained area with Shout or a similar stain remover.

Step 7: Let it Sit

Allow the Shout to work on the stain for 5-10 minutes.

Step 8: Wash the Garment

Wash the garment with your regular washing detergent.

Step 9: Check the Stain

After washing, check to see if the stain is gone. If not, repeat steps 6-9.

Step 10: Dry the Garment

Once the stain is removed, dry the garment as usual.
