Everything I’ve made using ONE pumpkin!

I didn’t carve the pumpkin for Halloween or thanksgiving & I don’t want it to go to waste, so here are a few things I’ve gotten from just ONE pumpkin.

- pumpkin seeds ( yum )

I think these are perfect for those of us who enjoy eating sunflower seeds as well.

- pumpkin spice syrup

100% loveeeeeee that I now have this at home. Really easy and quick to make & a little goes a long way.

- pumpkin purée

Yes it takes a hot second to purée everything and I highly recommend a food processor to do this. But again, it’s kind of important to do this because this is where the good stuff it!

- pumpkin coffee smoothie

I had some left over coffee from when I was making my pumpkin spice coffee & so I thought, WHY NOT! And ended up just making a smoothie out of it. Which, I added some chocolate protein because I have a sweet tooth & this honestly tasted like dessert for breakfast 😋
