Why I use Lavendar daily

Lavender is one thing I keep in my house. Specifically, lavender body oil. The older I get, I notice it's very hard for me to sleep. So, I use lavender oil. After I get out of the shower, I place it behind my ears and on both my wrists. Wa8t about 30 mins and I am sleep. I also use it when I start to feel a stress headache coming, and it takes the edge off. Another thing I use it for is my skin. I People always ask me about how I keep my face bump free. Well, it's the oil that I use. Now, if your face is already oily, I would not recommend putting any typ of oil on your face, but for me, this is one of my nighttime routines. Who else uses Lavender and what do you use it for?
