Lavender Uses

Lavender is a well known and useful herb for calming and relaxation. There are many ways to use it from teas to essential oils. When using it in an oil, it is important to dilute it with a carrier oil before putting on the skin. Add a few drops to coconut oil or jojoba oil before rubbing into the skin. You can also add lavender to your diy cleaning products, a load of laundry, or a diffuser as an air freshener.

Lavender is also popular to drink as a tea, but can get soapy tasting very quick, so be careful!
