easter side dish: sweet orange rosemary carrots 🥕

These Sweet Orange Rosemary Carrots went viral on my IG and for good reason 🍊🥕 they are the perfect appetizer or veggie side dish to serve up this Easter 🐣 weekend or to add to your meal preps!

They only require 4-ingredients, and you’re mostly just waiting for them to cook in the oven. I’m actually not a huge fan of carrots, but these were too flavorful to resist; even on their own!

INGREDIENTS—

1lb carrots, peeled and sliced

1 orange, freshly squeezed

2 tbsp. raw organic honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp. fresh rosemary

sea salt and pepper for seasoning

ghee butter for coating the baking sheet

STEPS TO MAKE IT—

Preheat the oven to 375F. Wash, peel, and slice up your carrots. Squeeze one orange onto the carrots, and add the honey, rosemary, and seasonings. Mix to coat evenly. Line your baking sheet and coat it with ghee butter. Cover with aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 40 minutes.
