Hate financial advisors?

Yes, i am one. (ready for the hate comments LOLOL 😵)

I’ve seen countless posts on Lemon8 citing reasons why people hate FCs — forceful, irritating, hard-selling, springing ipads in the midst of ‘catch-up’ sessions and many more

Firstly, yes i hear you — there are always black sheeps in every industry and i get that these behaviours can lead to very unpleasant situations 😫😫

But is it fair to say that every consultant is the same?

Financial planning is truly very important. It may not be something you wake up one day and decide to do, but it is still essential, be it planning for retirement, kids education, legacy, and more.

Don’t let the stigma of insurance agents lead to you being insufficiently covered. You need it.

I’ve had my own friends telling me “i would unfriend you sia i f**king hate insurance agents”

Hate me love me life goes on, I still need to work, people still NEED insurance.

But at the end of the day, as long as i add value to the lives of my clients, remain ethical and not do anybody wrong, that’s fine by my conscience!

i don’t hardsell, i make my intentions about meeting for work upfront, might surprise you on your birthday but not whipping my ipad out. im socially awkward so it would make me feel more uncomfortable than you if you were uncomfortable 😵😵😵
