So, I decided to give this weight loss thing one last shot on my own!
First step? Bye-bye sugary juices and sodas! 🍹 I swapped them for the good ol’ H2O. And when I'm feeling fancy, I add a splash of Crystal Light! If I ever crave soda (which is rarer than a unicorn sighting 🦄), I treat myself to a Coke Zero.
I also jumped on the intermittent fasting train! 🚂 I eat within a 6-8 hour window. Outside of that? Just me and my trusty water bottle! 💦 Every other day, I swap out two meals for a protein shake, and on the opposite days, just one. High protein, low carbs – it’s like a little balance beam for my belly! 🤸🏾♀️
