Waking up was HARD I usually sleep in until 9:30 or 10 but once I get used to it I'll be good.
I might add more to my rules it seems to easy I might add 2 30 minute workouts
But working out felt really good, I use Apple fitness and I love it and really easy to follow
Any tips on what else I can add to my 30 soft?
