have you tried the 75 hard? wasn’t it miserable?

did you know the creator of the 75 hard added more rules? like a cold shower, making a critical task list, and more. that’s a no from me.

it became OVERWHELMING.

I found 30 day soft. sounds much better. there are more reasonable rules like only 1 workout. Only 3L of water. these goals seem more obtainable and realistic.
