This year I made it a priority to work on my hormones.
I got a DUTCH Complete test done and realized that I had very high cortisol levels and a sluggish clearance rate 🥲
Some of the things that I added to my daily routine to help with hormone health are:
- having a morning and night routine that is mindful.
- consuming a high protein breakfast within an hour of waking.
- swapping high intensity workouts to lower intensity like walks, yoga, Pilates, and weight lifting with lots of rest in between.

This has made such a huge difference in my sleep, mood, and period.
