it’s so flavorless and fully tastes likes whatever you season it with, so it makes the perfect high protein base for avocado toast 😚🤌🏼
what you need:
- bread (whatever your fav is !!)
- silken tofu
- cilantro
- chili powder
- onion powder
- 1/2 avocado (sliced)
- honey
- chili flakes
1. toast your bread
2. put your tofu in a bowl (you probably won’t use it all for one piece, but i like to mix it all for meal prep !) mix in cilantro, chili powder, and onion powder.
3. slice your avocado
4. assemble !! put a layer of your silken tofu mix on bread. then lay your avocado slices on top. drizzle with honey of choice and top with chili flakes !
