🩵maximise your time by studying smart. I don’t go to morning lecture if the lecture is recorded because i want to sleep in to have a more productive study session in the later part of the day.

🩵exercise but don’t over exercise. on good days i run 3-5km, on bad days i just so inclined walking/ walking. sweat away your stresses and take a break from study.

🩵find a good group of friends and arrange regular study session with them! Friends will encourage you and y’all will work hard together!
