1. Machine shoulder press
Good for overall shoulder development especially the front delt

This one took me awhile to get but it feels so good, take your time it can be Abit tricky at the start, go slow with each rep during the set. Remember to keep your shoulders depressed and your elbows fixed.

Great for training the brachialis muscle and overall size of your arm
