1. Dumbbell bench press

Be sure to pick a weight you’re comfortable with. Don’t rush through the reps and take your time on the eccentric part of the rep.

Remember to not flare your elbows out too much as well

2. Incline barbell bench press

I personally feel it a lot more in my upper chest when the bench it at a lower incline at around the 30° angle instead of 45°.

3. Cable chest flys

Focus a lot on the squeezing of the muscles when you’re at the end of the rep and try holding it there for one second every rep.

4. Single arm machine chest press

Doesn’t need to be too heavy, once again for me personally I just like to really press and squeeze at end of each rep

5. Dips

Lean forward on the dips to activate more of your chest
