My few favourite exercises for a toned stomach:
⭐️ HIP DIP PLANKS
20 dips on each side
⭐️ PLANK WITH WEIGHTS
i use 5kg weights here. Ensure body is in a straight line from head to toe!
⭐️ RUSSIAN TWISTS w WEIGHTS
used 5kg. This will ache your arm and upper back, so get readyyyy
⭐️ WEIGHTED SIT-UPS w ARM RAISES
try to get the weights as close to your chest when sitting up for that extra resistance.
These exercises are also doable without the weights~ great for starters!
