INGREDIENTS
Cotija cheese 🧀
Cole slaw
Yellow corn tortillas
Butter 🧈
Shrimp 🍤
Sauce: lime 🍋🟩, sour cream, sriracha sauce, chili powder
Seasonings: seafood seasoning, chili powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn on skillet to medium. Take off shells and place shrimp into skillet (you can keep the shrimp whole or cut them in half). Place some butter in pan as well. Add seafood seasoning (add a bit of sriracha as well for spice). Cook to your liking.
2. Turn oven onto bake: 350- 375. When pre-heated. Place shells in oven. Cook to your liking (1-2 min should be perfect).
3. Make Baja sauce: mix sour cream, sriracha and lime juice together. Stir and add ingredients until creamy, not thick like the sour cream. Once creamy, add in your chili powder.
4. Place Cole slaw on bottom on shells. Then shrimp. Then cheese. Then sauce. Enjoy 😊
