Who’s ready to get LOCKED IN?!?

Winter Arc officially started last week (but I didn’t find out about this till today🙂‍↕️)so regardless of when you’re seeing this—let today be your DAY 1!

The purpose of winter arc is to get ahead of your goals and finish the year on a strong note, while setting yourself up for success in the new year. Think about how many times you’ve abandoned your ‘new years resolutions’ by mid January — now imagine if you had already been 2 months consistent in your goals by January 1st, how powerful and disciplined would you feel?! Let’s take advantage of this cold dark gloomy season to retreat within ourselves and LOCK IN to our goals. Show up for yourself! When motivation fails us, discipline carries us.

The following is my personal Winter Arc goals and guidelines, as well as ACTION ITEMS for each goal in order to keep me accountable. In order to be successful in this journey, you need to have a plan and accountability.
