1. Come up with a plan & STAY CONSISTENT! (It’s a mind thing you, YOU CAN DO IT)
2. Change your eating habits! Cut off all the fried foods, the snacks, the sweets, the liquor ! The soda ! EAT CLEAN & HEALTHY! 🌱 Count your calories! However many calories you eat, multiple that # by 2 and that’s how many calories you need to burn for that day ! If I eat 600 calories today, that mean I need to burn 1200 calories or more when I work out, it helps !
3. Hydrate! Drink plenty of water! Add lemon 🍋 to your water! It works wonders for belly fat !
4. Work out 45minutes to a hr every day, sweat them lbs off !
5. Detoxing helps! Detox water, detox tea, or a colon cleanse are my favorites .
7. Sweat in the sauna, sometimes I even worked out in a sauna, it’s healthy and helps you burn more calories!
