How I lost 35lbs in 3 months

Hey everyone!

Let me introduce myself to you. I have 4 kids and ever since I had the fourth I gained a lot of weight and it was so hard for me to lose it. The picture on the left that was me 8 months postpartum. I wasn’t happy with myself, so I found this mentoring that helped me so much.
