One of the life changing books I have picked up during my self developed journey. The Atomic Habits changed the way I feel about building habits, developing a healthy routine in my life and sticking to the routine.
In one of the chapters when he talks about making habits irresistible by habit stacking, till this day I still use the same method.
Step one, after one current habit, you will stack a habit you need. Step two, after a habit you need, you will stack another habit you want.
In my morning daily routine, I stacked up at least 2 of the habits I need and want. I stacked up my meditation habit right after my skincare routine which was my (current habit). After my mediation, I stacked up a habit I wanted, which was journaling.
