I took a Lyra Hoop class on vacation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Come with me to take a Lyra Hoop class! Recently I’ve been on the hunt for a new pole and Ariel art studio I took pool classes for about a year, but stopped when my pole coach quit teaching.

While visiting family in Jacksonville Florida. I decided to try out Bittersweet Studios. My sister and I booked a Lyra class. It was both of our first time trying Lyra.

The studio itself was really nice. They offer a variety of classes for pole, Lyra hoop, silks, belly dancing, stretching, and bungee fitness.

Our instructor, Lex, who you can see spinning me in the video, was incredible. With seven years experience in aerial arts, she was very talented and had a gift for instructing.

All the other women in class seemed to be regulars and were kind and inviting. Overall, I would rate the class five out of five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I will definitely be visiting the studio again once I’m back home and if you’re in the Jax Beach area, definitely check it out. Take Lex’s class! She’s awesome and her class was tons of fun.
