Queso Blanco (White Queso Dip)

I’m all about chips and queso! This queso blanco (white queso dip) is my favorite version. It’s rich, creamy, and super easy to make. I mixed in some diced green chiles, but you could also stir in some sautéed jalapeños, serranos, or even chorizo.
