Easy White Queso

This queso was so good and only took about 10 minutes to make. Perfect for game day!

• 1 lb white American cheese

• 1 cup half and half

• 1 4oz can green chilis

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1/2 tsp cumin

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Slowly melt the American cheese with the half and half over medium low. Stir every minute or so until fully melted. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined. Serve warm. Enjoy!
