Dish Name: Wrapped Cabbage with Vegetables & Chicken 🥬

Time needed: 15mins (for 1 pax)

Ingredients needed👩🏼‍🌾:

- Garlic

- Potato

- Carrots

- Chicken Breast (own preference)

- Cabbage

Instructions 🧑🏻‍🍳:

1. 🔪Chopped all the ingredients (garlic, carrot, potato, and chicken breast).

2. 🧂Season vegetables (carrot and potatoes) with salt, sugar, and pepper. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, sesame oil, sugar, and soya sauce.

3. 💦Boil water and once the water boils, add cabbage slowly.

4. 🥔Stir fry all the ingredients (except cabbage) and achieve some soft and crunchy texture.

5. Once cabbage is soft, assemble everything and wrap the stir-fry ingredients into the cabbage!

6. Wala~ you are done! Just dip it in soya sauce or eat it with some kimchi🤭 (you may add sesame seeds too)!

I love this dish so much, cooked it a lot when I was in Korea for exchange! Definitely a good diet meal 😋
