I tried a boxing and strength class last week and had to share!! This class features boxing, strength, and running segments. You get a good balance of cardio sweat and strengthening muscles with weights!

I took this class with my friend, and find it’s a great place to workout with a buddy or make a new friend there! The community aspect is great (they offer refreshments after class!)
