Do I regret wearing this outfit to HHN?

My thoughts :

Although the outfit is really adorable, the bottom is incredibly uncomfortable:( I can barely walk without thinking about my bottoms It's a short shorts that looks like a skirt, therefore it's difficult for me to sit down without the skirt lifting 😫😤. The best purchase I ever made was these Taobao heels since, despite enduring massive pain, they are still going strong. I give my outfit a 6 out of 10. Lastly, the bag is incredibly cute.
