Why I got a walking pad.

I got this walking pad at the beginning of this month off of Amazon. I wanted to combat the winter blues. I have tried the gym for walking and using the treadmill to start my fitness journey and I hated it. any time I branched out the town where I lived had some awful people and I actually had people say things to me at the gym. I know maybe if I tried another gym it might have been a more positive experience. But at the same time this is a one time purchase and I can walk and not spend as much money on a public place and I can actually own something for myself. I have enjoyed it I have been able to reach my goals even in my small apartment.
