How to get rid of stretch marks

Hello everybody, I need advice on how to get rid of stretch marks on my arm. It showed up one day and progressively started to get worse & more red. I’ve been trying to use weights but nothing is working. Maybe something to try & lighten it?

I have a feeling it’s the extra weight gained using the Depo birth control.
