how to get rid of this stretch mark?

First of all, a statement! I am unmarried and have no children, and these lines on my thighs are not stretch marks. I was a bit overweight (not super obese) in high school. At that time, I was 153cm tall and weighed about 105lb. Because of my breakup, I couldn't eat, so I think I lost 10 pounds in two month. I weighed about 95 pounds.
