Baby’s First Pancake | 2 ingredients

Last night I made this super simple, two ingredient pancake for my baby, and he loved it! I thought I would share it today for some inspiration, and I hope that your babies love it too!

I took one ripe banana and mushed it with a fork. Then a cracked in 1 whole egg and mixed them together. I mixed it up pretty good until it was as smooth as I could get it!

Then I buttered a pan and waited for it to heat up. Once it was ready I poured a small amount onto the pan! I waited to flip it until the edges looked mostly cooked, about 4-5 minutes. Then cooked it for about another 4 minutes on the other side.

This recipe made 3 small pancakes and there was a little bit left over. I have another post coming to share was I did with the left over batter and it was delicious!!!
