I HAVE to make healthy food ahead for my toddlers or they just won’t eat 😂 Just kidding but it’s soo helpful to have quick, healthy choices to choose from! Our mornings are busy so I always try to have a few ready made breakfasts.

Here’s a super easy biscuit recipe your toddler will love!

Ingredients:

✨ your choice of pancake mix

✨ milk

✨ blueberries (or any berry!)

✨ vanilla extract or syrup

✨ & a greased muffin pan

1. Mix pancake mix with milk according to directions (if the pancake mix says to mix with water, use the same amount of milk). Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract/syrup.

2. Add batter into a greased muffin pan.

3. Add blueberries.

4. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake for 14-15 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Serve with butter!

For my young toddlers, I like to break them up into smaller pieces. So I refrigerate them overnight in an air tight container before serving. This tightens them up and reduces the crumbling!

Also, you can substitute the blueberries for any berry!
