Fish Maw Soup is another popular dish during special occasions. It's rich and collagen packed hearty soup infused with flavors from the fish maw and Kikkoman Yose Nabe with addition of the dried scallops to enhance the sweetness. Try this simple recipe for your family 😊

Serve 4

Ingredients:

• 30g Fried Fish Maw

• 30g Dried Scallops (small)

• 25g Flower Mushroom

• 500ml Chicken Broth

• 400ml Water

• 1.5 tbsp Kikkoman Yose Nabe

• 1 Egg (beaten)

• 4 tbsp Potato Starch mixed with 150ml water

• Some Mini Abalone (optional)

• Some Chinese Parsley Steps:

1) Soak fish maw and flower mushroom in hot water separately for 30mins/till soften. Slice fish maw and flower mushroom and set aside.

2) Rinse and soak scallops for 20mins. Reserve water for later use.

3) In a pot, add chicken stock, water, flower mushroom, scallops, Kikkoman Yose Nabe and bring to boil. Simmer for 30mins.

4) Add sliced fish maw and simmer for another 15mins. Add in mini abalone.

5) Add potato starch mixture to thicken the soup as desired.

6) Bring to boil again and drizzle in the beaten egg. Serve hot with some parsley and black vinegar if you like. . .
