An idyllic French restaurant located in a chapel that formerly housed White Rabbit. It's rustic, beautifully designed, and opened by Chef Julien of three-Michelin-starred Oddette. A dreamy and surreal space great reserved for those extra special romantic nights, because it can get pricey.

One of the most stunningly designed restaurants in Singapore. Swathes of striking red, dainty stained glass and window fixtures, a chic tube lamp that snakes through the space, all within view of the magnificent open kitchen.

The crowning jewel of Claudine where a succulent, meaty layer of cabbage enrobes a complex motley of ingredients. It’s robust, spice-layered, slightly sweet, and deftly controlled in balance. And a hidden wedge of foie gras perfectly aggrandises this seemingly simple ensemble with its fatty decadence.

𝗛𝗼𝗸𝗸𝗮𝗶𝗱𝗼 𝗨𝗻𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 ($58)

Nothing too culinarily intricate, just premium ingredients put together with finesse. Lubricated by buttery Uni, the dainty strands of kombu-coated angel hair pasta laminate the tongue with creamy bliss. Luxurious bite after luxurious bite.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲 ($52)

Admittedly expensive but this steak tartare is one of the best classic French renditions you can get — everything is jumbled up right at the table side. Using one of the highest quality breeds of French beef, this is rich, luscious, and silky, right out of a textbook.
